Order Lead Times
Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery of embroidery orders. This includes all logo and text embroidery.
New Logos
After you upload a new logo, a Customer Care Team member will email a virtual sewout to you to ensure it visually meets your standards. Once you approve the proof, we will start your embroidery. There is a one-time set up fee for new logos of $70.00. Please allow 15-20 business days for delivery of embroidered items once your logo has been approved.
